Sun Paper Industry - Laos

Sun Paper Industry began to enter Laos in 2008 and signed a "Forest Pulp Paper Integration Project Development Contract" with the Laotian government in November 2009. In August 2010, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Sun Paper Industry Holdings Laos Limited Liability Company, was officially established. This project aligns with General Secretary Xi Jinping's major initiative of the Belt and Road Initiative, opening a new chapter for Sun Paper and the Laotian people to build a community of shared future and jointly create a better and happier future. The construction of the project has taken a substantial step forward in Sun Paper's "going global" strategy, which is conducive to further expanding the company's development space, forming new advantages in participating in international competition, and has a milestone significance in accelerating the internationalization process of Sun Paper.
