The total planned land area for the Shandong Port International Exchange Center project is 3.93 hectares, with a potential construction land area of approximately 2.83 hectares. The total planned construction area is approximately 34270 square meters, with an above ground construction area of approximately 23270 square meters. This project will be developed into an international exchange center radiating to the Jiaodong Peninsula, while jointly building the Yantai Gold Coast Hotel Cluster with the surrounding areas, accelerating the integration and upgrading of Yantai's consumption structure, and further enhancing the city's image.
